I saw a lot of other AI meeting recording apps and tools out there making a ton of money [so I realized] clearly there’s a big market for this.
So in the beginning I just rebuilt what the other apps were already doing and over time I slowly differentiated

I was able to scale to $1,000 in monthly recurring revenue within like 1-2 weeks because the market was already validated
